There are only a few weeks left until the official Coachella 2019 lineup is released (early January) but if you just can’t wait that long, then checkout the following lineup rumors. We’ve been posting Coachella lineup rumors over the last few years and we’ve gotten pretty good at it!
In 2015, successfully predicted 90 bands (we listed 140), for about 64% accuracy. The following year, in October 2016, we listed 136 bands and 90 of them ended up on the official lineup, meaning our lineup prediction was 66% accurate. Last year, we weren’t quite as accurate, but 70 of the 123 bands we listed were on the lineup, or about 57%.
We’re not claiming to know the entire lineup, the fact is that roughly 60% of the bands you see listed below will be playing Coachella 2019.

So how do we do it? We use the same strategy year after year: We analyze hundreds of band’s tour dates, monitor the booking sheet for Goldenvoice-owned venues, get random tips and emails from industry insiders, scour the Coachella forums and look for clues that the bands tweet or make public in magazine interviews.
